Facilities

Security

Eagles Meadow provides a high quality team of public safety officers to ensure the safety of all visitors.  With an on-site presence, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all areas covered by CCTV, we provide a happy and trouble free shopping experience for everyone.

Shopmobility

This scheme offers a full service to all disabled shoppers, and is located at Plaza Level adjacent to the Spanish Steps and next to the lifts that serve both levels of the car park.  For more details, please call Wrexham Shopmobility: 01978 312390

Toilets and Baby Change

Toilets are located next to the town centre footbridge link at Plaza Level leading to Church View Plaza and at First Floor next to the lifts between Marks & Spencer and Debenhams.
There are baby changing facilities at each of the toilet blocks along with Changing Places that are equipped with a toilet and adjustable table.

Adult Change

Eagles Meadow brings the first Changing Places facility to Wrexham.  Located next to the town centre footbridge link at Plaza level leading to Church View Plaza, it is equipped with a toilet and an adjustable table.

Lost Property

Please alert a member of our Public Safety Team if you have lost or if you find any items.

Lifts

Smithfield Circle- This set of lifts is located at Smithfield Circle giving access to both levels of the car park and to shops at Plaza Level.  They also give access to the entertainment and restaurants at the First Floor Level.
Spanish Steps- The second set of lifts is located adjacent to the Spanish Steps, they give access to both levels of the car park and also to the retail at Plaza Level.  Both sets of lifts provide access for wheelchairs and prams.

ATM

Cash machines are located between the lifts and Shopmobility at the Plaza Level, adjacent to the Spanish Steps.
