Rebuild with Hope is a charitable organisation established to support individuals with multiple barriers to employment whilst supporting those suffering due to the rising cost of living.

We sell high street brands with discounts up to 70% across all categories, homewares, clothing, gifts,toys and accessories.

Position: Store Manager

Location: Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre, Wrexham.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and implement effective replenishment strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
