Located on the upper Balcony level by the lifts.

Facilities are available in both disabled toilets as well as the ladies toilet on balcony level. Both disabled toilets contain nappy vending machines as well as nappy disposal.

Wi-Fi is available for use throughout Eagles Meadow.

There are two customer lifts serving the car park, Plaza and Balcony levels located at the side of the M&S Store, and a further pair serving the car park and plaza levels at the rear of F. Hinds store. Ascending escalators are available for easy access to the Balcony from the Plaza level, and are located between our M&S Store and Grainger Games.

Situated on the balcony level next to the Amazon Lockers, providing users passport photos conforming to UK passport office standards.

Toilet facilities are available at Eagles Meadow. Temporarily, facilities located on the Balcony level remain closed. Toilet facilities located behind the Eurochange store are open to the public and both male and female facilities contain wide-access cubicles.

Separate disabled toilet facilities and a Changing Places facility (containing an electric changing table, hoist (own sling required), seat and family space) are also accessible to the public. Click here for more info. The Changing Places toilet can be made available out of hours by request.

Disabled toilets have alarms linked to 24/7 security.

The public toilets have been graded “Platinum Standard” by the Loo of the Year organisation in 2017.
